We are looking for an experienced Service Writer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, accurately diagnosing customer needs, and providing cost estimates for repair services. The Service Writer must have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and be comfortable working with computers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of automotive systems and the ability to explain complex technical information in an easy-to-understand manner.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assess their needs.
- Communicate with customers and technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis of vehicle problems.
- Write up repair orders for customers.
- Provide estimates for repairs and services.
- Explain repair options to customers and help them make informed decisions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
