Job Summary:
Donyati is seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Leader to grow our HR function. This role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, with a primary focus on recruiting, HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems), HR Compliance, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, a passion for building strong workplace cultures, and the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives in a fast-paced IT consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and execute a talent acquisition strategy to attract top IT consulting professionals.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Oversee employer branding initiatives to position the company as a top employer in the industry.
- Manage relationships with external recruiters and staffing agencies as needed.
HRIS & HR Operations:
- Oversee the maintenance and optimization of HR technology systems.
- Ensure accurate data management, reporting, and compliance with HR policies and regulations.
- Improve HR processes through automation and system enhancements.
- Manage employee records and ensure data integrity across HR platforms.
Employee Engagement & Culture:
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs to enhance workplace satisfaction and retention.
- Foster a culture of continuous feedback, recognition, and professional development.
- Lead initiatives related to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
- Plan and execute employee engagement events, surveys, and action plans.
HR Compliance:
- Ensure company compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with legal and industry standards.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws, wage and hour regulations, and industry best practices.
- Manage workplace investigations, employee relations matters, and compliance audits.
- Provide guidance and training to managers and employees on HR compliance topics.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
- 5 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in an IT consulting or technology-driven company.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with HRIS platforms and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Demonstrated success in building and leading recruiting and engagement programs.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution in a dynamic environment.
