What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kayak Guide position at Door County Adventure Center?
We're searching for emerging outdoor professionals who are interested in kayak guiding and also love to have fun! Kayak Guides will lead adventures at multiple kayak tours locations throughout beautiful Door County! Guides are responsible for guest safety, instruction, and fun! No experience, no worries; we are willing to train the right candidate. Training / certification takes place on location in May 2023. Our season runs Memorial Day - Labor Day. If you have a passion for the outdoors and working with great people, Door County Adventure Center is for you!
- Must be to able to carry/lift 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Must be able to stand of feet for long periods of time.
- Must have CPR certification.
- Previous guiding (kayaking / zip lining / trail etc...) preferred but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.50 per hour
