Assists patients in meeting their financial obligation with DCMC; Completes follow-up activity for accounts with an insurance balance; Calls patients to perform collections on their self-pay balance; Assists incoming callers regarding their accounts.
Minimum Education Required: Associate degree or Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum Related Years of Experience (per minimum education) Required: Two years healthcare experience preferred; One year related experience required.
Credential/Licensure Required: Certified Application Counselor within one year of employment.
