About The Role
We’re looking for a strong operator to carry out the testing, deployment, and logging of new advanced technologies, working outside and from various offices around the Bay Area. In this role, you’ll report to the Team Lead and be a core member of our Dev Testing Operations Team.

Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Base salary is localized according to employee work location.

About The Role
We’re looking for a strong operator to carry out the testing, deployment, and logging of new advanced technologies, working outside and from various offices around the Bay Area. In this role, you’ll report to the Team Lead and be a core member of our Dev Testing Operations Team.
You’re Excited About This Opportunity Because You Will…
- Manage live tests actively in transport, deployment, and safety
- Work closely with multiple stakeholders to verify the product, including hardware, software, and business operations teams
- Conduct and document tests for autonomous technologies, evaluating behavior, capabilities, identifying issues, and incorporating new requirements. Provide feedback to the engineering team based on test outcomes
- Ability to implement processes, testing protocols, and checklists to ensure heightened safety, efficiency, and reliability for new products.
- Utilize internal tools to analyze logs, trace issues, document findings, and diligently track them until resolution is achieved
- Conduct analysis and generate daily reports that comprehensively outline observations and identify issues
- 2 years of experience or a strong interest in live development testing for Autonomous Operations deployment
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends.
- Comfortable working outside and operating bike/micro-mobility
- Must demonstrate the ability to communicate clearly both written and orally
- Experienced in Jira, issue reporting/ticketing tools to collect feedback, schedule fixes, and track progress
- Required to be onsite daily
- Experience with debugging, triaging complex systems, and documentation
- Bonus if you have experience with Linux and GitHub, along with proficiency in using Google App Suites and advanced components of Jenkins App.

- For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
- For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).
