What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bread Baker position at Doris Italian Market & Bakery?
Scratch baking bread. Mixing and scaling dough. Controlling oven time and temperature for bread. We are willing to train in bench work, cookies and pastries, decorating experience a plus.
Minimum 5 years experience in scratch baking. Although not a necessity, knowledge in Italian bakery products is also a plus.
Scaling, Mixing, molding, oven.
