We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will support our day-to-day marketing initiatives and tasks, ensuring smooth execution of projects and effective communication across various teams. Key Responsibilities:
Marketing
- Shoot social-first video content and photo assets weekly that are engaging and on-brand.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas, develop creative concepts, and contribute to campaign planning.
- Analyze social media data and metrics to track performance, identify trends, and optimize content and campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, consumer preferences, and potential growth opportunities on social media.
- Source and outreach to influencers and brand ambassadors to develop and execute partnerships and collaborations.
- Source UGC (User-Generated Content) creators and handle communications.
- Work with our creative strategist to create briefs for content creators that reflect our brand voice.
- Monitor and respond to user engagement and feedback on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Send and manage creator contracts.
Coordination:
- Support day-to-day marketing initiatives and tasks of our marketing team.
- Partner with cross-functional teams on the execution and coordination of marketing meetings and events.
- Assist with administrative duties related to marketing operations, such as organizing assets, coordinating meetings, and shipping products to influencers.
- Manage merchandise and packaging design and coordination with various teams.
- Conduct local errands and office tasks as needed.
- Assist in the planning and execution of department events, including logistics coordination and on-site support.
- Collect and ship products and materials for photoshoots and marketing needs.
- Monitor the marketing team's Asana board to ensure shoot boards are consistently updated.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a marketing coordinator or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Basic knowledge of social media photography and video production is a plus.
