The Safety Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring the safety of all personnel and fostering a culture of safety within the organization. This individual will serve as a key liaison between the company and the corporate safety team, ensuring alignment with safety policies, procedures, and initiatives. This position requires regular job site visits, facilitating safety meetings, leading training sessions, and managing safety-related projects.

What You'll Do :
Act as the primary communication link between the company and the corporate safety team.
Conduct regular job site visits to evaluate safety practices, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions.
Promote a positive safety culture by motivating and educating team members on best practices.
Organize and lead site safety meetings, toolbox talks, and corporate safety meetings.
Drive and complete safety-related projects and initiative to improve site safety.
Qualifications
What You'll Bring :
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
Frequent travel to job sites around Richmond and the surrounding areas is required.
Must have a valid Virginia driver's license.
Must be able to crawl, kneel, squat, and climb.
