Join a collaborative and mission-driven team at Hackensack Meridian Health, where we re transforming healthcare together. As a Digital Technology Services (DTS) Vendor Management Analyst, you'll support the IT Vendor Management Office by overseeing vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and performance monitoring. This hybrid role is based in Edison, NJ (25% onsite).
Key Responsibilities
Support strategic vendor management aligned with HMH s goals
Lead full vendor lifecycle: RFPs, contract negotiation, performance oversight
Monitor vendor compliance with contracts, policies, and regulations
Drive cost savings, risk mitigation, and vendor consolidation opportunities
Conduct financial and risk analysis for vendor decisions
Evaluate vendor performance against KPIs
Collaborate with legal, purchasing, and DTS leadership
Identify process improvements and implement governance tools
Requirements
Required:
Bachelor s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
5 years in IT vendor management, strategic sourcing, or consulting
Experience with Software, Hardware, Network, XaaS, and Managed Services contracts
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Suite
Preferred:
Experience in healthcare, infrastructure ops, or regulated environments
