$16 - $17 hourly
Responsibilities:- Complete additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as requested
- Respond to inquiries, process reservations and check-ins, delegate housekeeping, security, and service requests, resolve guest complaints, and other front office duties as required
- Audit and reconcile all financial records such as cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, room charges, final bill preparation, and occupancy percentages
- Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to general manager, department heads, and hotel management
- Provide exceptional service to all hotel guests during their stay
- Proficiency with computers is required; experience with reservation and accounting software is desired
- Some college is preferred but a high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Front desk clerk duties, guest services, night auditor or previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required
- Flexible overnight hours are required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills are required
Our hotel near I-25 is five minutes from the Broadmoor World Arena, and it's under five miles from downtown Colorado Springs and Fort Carson. Garden of the Gods is a 20-minute drive away.
