WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Maintenance
- Perform routine maintenance on building interior and exterior
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment on scheduled basis
- Assist in maintaining pool and spa area including lifts, filter systems, etc.
- Maintain and update SDS sheets
- Ensure efficient completion of daily assignments in a timely manner
- Requires excellent communication skills
- Must be able to work flexible schedule
