MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK OVERNIGHTS ON WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS.
JOB DUTIES:
The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for creating a welcoming experience for all guests.
The ideal candidate will provide friendly and courteous service while performing all front desk related duties, including but not limited to:
Assist Management in the day to day operations of the front desk while ensuring 100% guest satisfaction.
- Ensure Night Audit is processed efficiently and accurately.

Warmly welcome and register guests.
Assist with guest departures while providing prompt and courteous service.
Resolve any guest issues.
Assist with the supervision and training of the front office staff.
- Act as MOD and supervise overnight staff.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- High school graduate.
- Prior hotel front desk experience and night audit is required.
- Outstanding guest service skills; Strong hospitality skills.
Qualified candidates must meet company required criminal and credit background check.
