Our team at ALFA Insurance - Doug Blevins Agency is growing and our award winning agency is looking to add another position at our office. This role would be to provide our white glove client experience and client service to policy holders, as well as administrative tasks at our agency. Characteristics needed would include being reliable, dependable, enthusiastic, positive, trustworthy, and a team player. There is a starting base salary but your salary will grow with profit sharing as you help assist the agency with responsibilities. You also will be rewarded with travel each year with our company trip for you and your family or guest in addition to paid time off. All training to excel and grow will be provided by our agency and growth is encouraged inside the agency, should you want to take on more responsibility down the road.
