We are currently looking for a Residential Construction Manager to manage and oversee all phases of residential construction, ensuring budget, schedule and most importantly, quality standards are met.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of residential construction from new start to finish.
- Utilize Buildertrend to manage scheduling and document job progress for each home.
- Oversee build schedules by communicating with management and Trade Partners ensuring timely completion of all projects.
- Meet construction budget and timeline by monitoring project expenses, identifying VPOs, and implementing corrections.

- Schedule punch work and corrections with Trade Partners.
- Schedule inspections for each phase of the build.
- Order materials for each job.
- Maintain safe, clean, and healthy work environment by enforcing safety standards and procedures.
Skills:
- Strong organization skills are a must.
- Detail oriented.
- Proficient in Apple products, including iPads and iPhones. BuilderTrend knowledge a plus.
- Ability to learn new software products quickly.
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and process large amounts of information quickly.
Pay: $70-$85k
