The Dover School District is seeking a full-time, year-round Dean/Special Education Administrator for Bellamy Academy, a special education day school program for grades 9-12, focused on social-emotional and behavioral needs. The Dean of Bellamy Academy provides instructional, operational, and compliance leadership for all building-level special education programs, ensuring alignment with New Hampshire Department of Education requirements, federal and state special education law, and Dover School District policies and procedures. This role requires both strong administrative leadership and a deep commitment to inclusive, individualized, and trauma-responsive educational practices.Visionary Leadership & Program OversightThe Dean leads the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of specialized programming that supports academic growth, social-emotional development, and postsecondary readiness for all students.
