Relationship Representative
The Relationship Representative displays a positive, successful, and professional manner towards peers and members. They take ownership of the member experience by completing a wide range of tasks such as processing teller transactions, opening/closing of all share accounts, account maintenance, card support, and directing member traffic. This is an in-person position and member interactions are completed mainly in person and include telephone and written communications. This position may also support the Retail team by working in different locations or through the Member Care Center when needed.
As a Universal Associate, the Relationship Representative may be assigned duties according to the needs of the branch, which will include Saturday rotation. This team member is important to the branch traffic flow and adds value to the member experience by working in various functions of the branch with skill and confidence.
This position has a proven record of meeting/exceeding production goals, including selling products and services we offer and referring members to our internal partners. They participate fully as a member of the team and contributes to a positive, diverse, and inclusive work environment. The Relationship Representative maintains the required knowledge or policies and procedures, laws and regulations and other compliance requirements that pertain to their role
HOW TO EXCEL AS A RELATIONSHIP REPRESENTATIVE
- 1-2 years experience in customer/member service
- High School diploma or equivelancy required
- Ability to successfully work in an office environment
