Position: Head Varsity Football Coach
Requirements:
- Previous coaching experience preferred with a strong emphasis on program leadership and teaching fundamentals
- Outstanding personal and professional characteristics
- Experience working with multi-cultural and racially diverse student/athletes
- Outstanding communication abilities and the ability to build strong relationships with athletes, parents, school staff and the community
- A willingness to make a strong commitment to the school and community
- Strong commitment to ensure player safety, proper supervision during all activities, and adherence to district, conference and state athletic regulations
- Ability to establish reasonable and consistent expectations for performance and conduct of students/athletes
- Willingness to commit to working with program out of season
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to work as part of a cohesive staff
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Salary: Per the Master Contract
