Doyle Security Products, a 100-year-old security hardware distributor, is looking for a highly motivated and detailed-oriented business-to-business Inside Sales Representative. Product experience is a plus but not necessary. Full Time Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Located on the Mississippi near the North edge of Downtown Minneapolis (FREE Parking).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE:
- Handles Will Call walk-in traffic and inbound calls. Provides customers with product and service information.
- Understands customer needs and requirements.
- Researches accounts, identifies key players and generates interest.
- Manages creation and presentation of quotations for opportunities as they are identified.
- Sources new sales opportunities through inbound leads follow up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Generates new business and ensures growth of existing accounts.
- Gains and retains extensive product selection application knowledge as well as detailed comprehension of customer's requirements.
- Attends internal continuing education of product and vendor classes (face to face and web).
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management..
QUALIFICATIONS FOR INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE :
- Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong technical solution and developmental skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts and resolutions clearly.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to establish mutually beneficial commitments and expectations with customers.
- Excellent interpersonal skills

Starting base salary at $37,400.00, plus monthly commission (salary negotiable based on experience)
