Dozer Systems is a growing IT and cybersecurity services firm supporting businesses with technical
support, cloud tools, and automation. We're looking for a part-time Technical Solutions Specialist
to help deliver high-quality support to our clients while assisting with rollout of ConstruSense
(Dozer's AI-powered construction safety and production platform) for clients.
What You'll Do:
Deliver Level 1 technical support to clients across tools like Microsoft 365, email, printers,
network connectivity, and cloud services
• Assist with setting up new devices, user accounts, and software
• Help manage tickets, document solutions, and improve internal processes
• Support testing and configuration of new Dozer-developed software tools
• Collaborate with the team to streamline IT operations and enhance client experience
What We're Looking For:
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Experience with tools like Microsoft 365, Active Directory, basic networking, and cloud-based
systems
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently
• Able to prioritize tasks across multiple clients and internal projects
• Bonus: experience with RMM platforms, helpdesk tools, or workflow automation platforms
