Salary: $25-$32/hour DOE

DPI Staffing is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join our client’s team! This position offers a great opportunity for skilled professionals to excel in a dynamic and collaborative environment. As a CNC Programmer, you will play a key role in operating and setting up CNC machines, programming with Gibbs Cam, and ensuring parts meet blueprint specifications.

Responsibilities
· Operate and set up CNC machines using Gibbs Cam software.
· Follow daily instructions from the Manager and plan your workday effectively.
· Inspect parts using appropriate gauges to ensure compliance with blueprint specifications.
· Adhere to all shop safety policies and procedures.
· Program and set up CNC machines for production runs.
· Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications for accurate programming.
· Ensure the quality and accuracy of finished parts through thorough inspection.
· Collaborate effectively with team members to address and resolve issues.
Requirements
· 2-5 years of experience in a shop environment with programming responsibilities.
· Proficiency in multi-axis programming (preferred).
· Familiarity with PC-DMIS software (preferred).
· Ability to work from verbal and written instructions, including handmade sketches.
· Basic knowledge of manufacturing methods, fixturing, techniques, and equipment.
· Strong ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
· Excellent organizational, oral, and written communication skills.
· Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
· Ability to multi-task and adapt to evolving situations.
