NOW Hiring - Patient Care Coordinator - Front Desk
Doctors of Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Patient Care Coordinator for our Janesville clinic. Ideal candidate will be seeking longevity with a growing company, be a self-starter, should possess excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills, this is important in order to build relationships with patients and the community in order to provide a welcoming environment.
Responsibilities include;
- Greet patients
- Effectively communicate patients, families, team members, clinicians and all departments.
- Provides detailed instructions to patients for their visits.
- Reviews and evaluates patient charts for data entry accuracy.
- Work as a team to ensure we have an efficient working environment to ensure that calls are made timely to patients and referral sources.
- Familiarity with Outpatient Rehabilitation/Medical services and medical terminology.
- Answering phones
- Patient registration/data entry
- Scanning/faxing/other clerical duties
- Collecting copay's and patient balances
- Patient scheduling-Schedule Management
- Patient Care assistance as needed
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of Insurance benefits
Schedule: Must be available to work Monday through Friday, no weekends, no nights
