ReConnect is an integrative mental health center that blends neuroscience, somatic therapy, and functional wellness to support lasting transformation. Our clients are high-performing adults, teens, couples, and families seeking deep healing and change.
Your Role: Key Responsibilities- Client Care & Scheduling
- Coordinate sessions across practitioners. Serve as a calm, steady point of contact for clients on their healing journey.
- Program & Event Coordination
- Prepare and manage logistics for classes, workshops, and educational events. Handle communication and registrations with care and clarity.
- Administrative Operations
- Keep the center running smoothly—support internal systems, uphold aesthetic standards, and manage platforms like Practice Better, GoHighLevel, Excel, and Canva.
- Content & Communication
- Assist with email newsletters, flyers, and simple social content aligned with our healing message and brand.
- Creative Contribution
- Bring thoughtful ideas to improve systems, enhance client experience, and support our continued growth.
- A seasoned professional with 7 years experience in operations, administration, or client services
- Background in healthcare, wellness, clinic coordination, hospitality leadership, or related fields
- Emotionally attuned, organized, and excellent with people (warm and compassioante)
- Comfortable using tech tools and juggling multiple responsibilities with grace
- Inspired by healing work and able to hold calm in dynamic environments
