FULL-TIME Rockstar Dental Assistant Position Available
We are an exceptional, fast-paced dental office that seeks to provide the highest level of dentistry to each and every one of our valued patients. We pride ourselves on being a dental office that our team is excited to be a part of and stand behind.
We are looking for a superstar DENTAL ASSISTANT to add to our growing team that is willing to work hard and play hard. *We are willing to take someone with or without experience, for our established office in Kailua if they are the right candidate.*
Approachability, flexibility, reliability and clear communication are valued and essential skills.
Hours of operation: 7:30 AM-5:30 PM Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri, and Saturday mornings. Off on Thursdays and Sundays
Assisting Duties include:
-- Assisting the doctor during routine procedures/4 handed dentistry.
-- Helping to provide friendly, compassionate dental care.
-- Set up and break down of operatory and sterilization of instruments.
-- Taking digital x-rays, impressions, and charting using Dentrix software.
-- Simple office maintenance.
-- Inventory.
Requirements:
-- Previous dental experience or graduate of dental assisting school preferred.
-- Previous experience in the food service and retail industries is looked at positively.
-- Warm and Friendly personality with a positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
-- Independent thinker.
-- Reliable.
-- Able to take radiographic images with no health concerns
Compensation:
-- Competitive pay based on experience/skill level. $15-$20 /hr based on experience/progression.
