What are the responsibilities and job description for the Oral Surgery Case Manager position at Dr. Michael Kellam DMD?
- Complex Treatment planning and coding
- Financial insurance and patient education with explaining treatment in correlation with benefits
- Coordination with Cardiology/Oncology/HBO/Prosthetics (dentures/partials/implants/bridges)
- Obtain prior Authorizations for surgery, MRI, and CAT scans with Medical and dental insurances
- Explain surgical procedures and pre-op instructions
- Scheduling surgeries in office at Springhill Memorial Hospital;
- Maintaining accuracy with fee schedules and Credentialing and license renewals
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $1.00 per hour
