What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accountant position at Dragonfly Management Services, LLC?
As a key member of Dragonfly, the Accountant must be detailed oriented, have strong analytical, interpersonal skills, and general accounting principles. Ability to handle all aspects of managing a general ledger for multiple entities. Strong work ethic and sense of ownership needed to shine in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
· Maintains the financial statements and accounting records of several entities and assets. This includes residences, real estate investments, family household expenses and high value tangible fixed assets (cars and aircraft)
· Schedules and pay taxes for all properties and entities
· Monitors accounts to ensure payments are up to date
· Performs monthly reconciliations of client credit cards and provide reports as needed
· Prepares year-end closing of all entities and provide accurate information to external CPAs for preparation of tax returns
· Prepares quarterly financial statements for all legal entities and holdings
· Provides accurate documentation in accordance with records retention policies and procedures
· Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing and accounting systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions
· Addresses accounting issues and take full responsibility of assigned tasks and projects
· Responds to requests for information in a timely manner
· Performs other duties as assigned periodically
Minimum Requirements
- 7 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration of related field highly preferred
· Extensive knowledge of Excel, SharePoint, and QuickBooks
· Ability to work daily, onsite in our PBG office.
- Adhere to the highest level of confidentiality

· A diverse accounting and payroll background
· Proficient with Paychex, Green Payroll and Bill.com

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
