Position Summary:
The Contract Fulfillment Specialist plays a vital role in the final stage of Drake’s production and delivery process. This position is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant order fulfillment—from shipment preparation through invoicing. With high attention to detail, the Contract Fulfillment Specialist actively manages open orders in our system (SAP Business One), prepares required documentation, and ensures each delivery meets Drake’s quality standards and customer-specific requirements for packaging, labeling, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid daily workout; this role requires frequent standing, walking, lifting, and handling of product.
Standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with flexibility based on workload or special projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage the Orders to Ship dashboard within SAP to execute deliveries based on due date.
- Proactively collaborate with Sales, Contract Specialists and Materials Management orders and priorities.
- Review order details for accuracy and required documentation
- Gather and verify all required documentation against the customer’s Order, specifications and quality requirements.
- Package and label parts according to Drake standards, customer requirements, or customer-specific instructions.
- Confirm shipment details in SAP Business One and generate accurate invoices
- Provide general operational support to other departments as needed.
- High attention to detail and strong time-management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret customer purchase orders and related documents
- Familiarity in business-to-business environments and with shipping platforms (UPS, FedEx) is a plus
- Desire to listen, learn, and cross-train with team members to support continuous improvement
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP Business One preferred) and Microsoft Office
