What You’ll Do:
- Assist with daily living activities, personal care (including bathing, transferring, and toileting), and meal preparation
- Promote community involvement and build respectful, caring relationships
- Ensure health and safety, and provide medication assistance
- Support individuals in achieving their goals and maximizing independence
What We’re Looking For:
- Patient, flexible, and energetic individuals
- Passionate about helping others
- 16 years old, valid driver’s license preferred
- Ability to pass a background check
Part-Time Benefits:
- 10-29 hours/week: Paid vacation, sick leave, 401(k) with employer match and profit-sharing
