About Bandon Dunes Golf Resort:

Bandon Dunes is a world-class golf resort located on the Oregon Coast near the charming community of Bandon. Guests come to experience golf as it was meant to be at Bandon Dunes' six distinct golf courses. That includes five 18-hole courses, which all rank among the top 16 public courses in the United States, according to Golf Digest. The resort is also home to an award-winning par-3 course, Bandon Preserve and the new Shorty's opened in 2024. The two short courses are 'Courses with a Mission,' with all net proceeds funding the Bandon Dunes Charitable Foundation. The Foundation supports communities along the South Coast of Oregon.

• Communicate effectively with guests, management, staff, and co-workers.
• Provide guests with all pertinent information regarding hotel policies.
• Must be detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
• Perform check-in and checkout procedures, always striving for a proactive approach.
• Provide concierge-type service that goes above and beyond.
• Coordinate with service providers, such as masseuses and shuttle transportation, to provide top-notch amenities for our guests.
• Perform mathematical calculations involving fractions, decimals, and percentages.
• Retrieve, read, and interpret information from technical sources.
• Take golf and hotel reservations over the phone and in person as required.
• Provide professional, friendly, positive, upbeat, and hospitable service at all times, consistently supporting all hotel policies.
• Ability to reconcile shift banks and financial statements.
• Promote hotel amenities, including our fabulous restaurant and bar, to maximize hotel revenue.
• Assist guests with problems and handle disputed billing concerns with grace and efficiency.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

• Prior experience in customer service is highly valued.
• Demonstrated quality written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems, handle multiple duties under pressure with minimal supervision, and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Maintain a positive attitude, a professional manner, and an impeccable appearance in all situations.
• Applicants must successfully pass a background check as a condition of employment.
• Preferably possess a working knowledge of Visual One.

• Read and write (English).
• Communicate verbally with staff members and customers.
• Give and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Stand, sit, walk, push, pull, lift, grasp, bend, and kneel for up to 5 hours at a time.
• Lift up to 30 lbs occasionally, 20 lbs frequently, and 10 lbs constantly.

• Your work hours may include days and evenings on weekdays and weekends. Safety is paramount, and adherence to safety policies and practices is essential.

• You'll be working with general office machines such as typewriters, personal computers, printers, copiers, fax machines, calculators, telephones, etc. A VDT glare screen and wrist rest will also be part of your toolkit.

• This role requires a flexible schedule, including weekend and holiday availability. Our resort operates seven days a week, with Sundays being the busiest day.
