Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 7 years of experience in residential tile setting, with a strong focus on advanced techniques and specialized installations
- Proven expertise in handling large-format tiles, intricate patterns, and high-end materials
- Physical ability to perform the required functions of the job, including lifting up to 80 lbs.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team when needed
