Position Overview: 

The Catalog Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of our product data across all dropship platforms and direct-to-consumer channels. This role will involve reviewing, maintaining, and updating product information across multiple customer platforms, as well as supporting customer service. The Catalog Specialist will play a key role in managing and optimizing product utilization across our inventory feeds and will work cross-functionally with various teams including sales, logistics, and production to ensure data consistency and quality. 


Key Responsibilities: 


Inventory Feed Management: 

  • Review and maintain all product data across dropship inventory feeds for all customers. 
  • Regularly update product availability, descriptions, pricing, and other relevant information across all platforms. 
  • Ensure accurate product data flow between internal systems and external partners. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies in inventory and product listings. 

 

Data Gathering & Reporting: 

  • Generate insights to improve dropship operations, product listings, and customer engagement. 
  • Assist with preparing reports for internal stakeholders and external partners. 

 

Customer Service Support: 

  • Monitor inbound customer service inquiries across all channels 
  • Provide timely responses by addressing customer issues related to product information, inventory discrepancies, shipping delays, and general order questions. 
  • Ensure that customer-facing platforms are updated with accurate and relevant product information at all times. 

 

Cross-Department Collaboration: 

  • Work closely with sales, logistics, and operations teams to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of product information across all channels. 
  • Serve as the point of contact for any catalog-related issues or questions from internal teams and external partners. 

 


Qualifications & Requirements: 

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in catalog management, e-commerce, or loss prevention, preferably in apparel or retail industries. 
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and integrity. 
  • Proficient in Excel and other data management tools; experience with inventory management systems and dropship platforms preferred. 
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to generate actionable insights from data. 
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments. 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
