Fulfillment Account Manager – Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Fulfillment Account Manager to manage organization of key client projects. Responsibilities include delivering every project on time within budget and scope. PCs should have a background in business skills, program management, budgeting and analysis. Experience in shipping, fulfillment, and/or warehousing is also helpful. Production Coordinators are skilled at motivating the best out of the teams and programs that they oversee. They thrive when planning projects, working with teams, and delivering a positive client experience.

Responsibilities:

· Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of client programs

· Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

· Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

· Ensure resource availability and allocation

· Develop a detailed program plan to track progress

· Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in program scope, schedule, and costs

· Measure program performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques

· Report and escalate to management as needed

· Nurture the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

· Perform risk management to minimize program risks

· Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

· Create and maintain comprehensive program SOP’s and QC Audit

· Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications

Required Skills and Experience:

· Previous Fulfillment/Warehouse Experience

· Previous warehouse forklift experience

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)

· Excellent Communication Skills

· Excellent organizational skills with a commitment to meeting deadlines and expectations ensuring overall quality and delivery

Minimum Education and Qualification:

· High School Diploma

· Some higher education preferred but not required

Working Conditions:

· Fulfillment Center

· Able to lift up to 50 pounds

· Standing, sitting, lifting and bending on a daily basis
