Compensation

• Weekly Guaranteed Pay: $1,700
• 57 CPM with 1,750 miles per week
• Stop pay: $17 per stop with 45 stops per week
• Bonuses
• Sign on Bonus: $2000; paid out 1/2 at 30 days 1/2 at 90 days
• Loyalty Bonus: $3000; paid out 1/2 at 6 months 1/2 at 1 year
• Safety Bonus: $500 paid 4 times per year every quarter
• Unlimited driver referral bonuses

Home Time, Route & Schedule

• Home Daily
• Start times 7pm-9pm
• Monday-Friday no weekends
• Route: MA, VT, NY, NH, CT, RI & ME
• Touch freight –Auto Parts
• May use Pallet Jack & lift gates, Ryder will train you on all equipment

• Dry Van 28’, 48', 53’
• 24/7 Roadside Maintenance and Company Drivers fuel up the trucks at over 800 Maintenance Facilities Nationwide
  
  

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CDL A License
• Minimum 21 years of age
• Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle
• 9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR
• 2 years’ experience within the last 5 years, OR
• 5 years’ experience within the last 10 years
• HazMat endorsement required at time of hire
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
• Pass a DOT physical
• Pass a Ryder road test
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures
• Must live within 30 miles of Devens, MA
