Description
As a Sales Specialist, you introduce brand specific solutions, technology, and services to our customers. You spend time on the sales floor, meeting first-time and current customers and learning their needs. You generate new leads, build and enforce current customer relationships, connecting over the phone or through in-store events. You discover customer needs through interacting with the customer and working with the team to prepare and present brand specific products. For customers with more complex needs, you work with the entire team to craft the ideal solution. Finally, by engaging customers to think about the possibilities of the brand, you help build success not only for your team, but for our customers as well.
Additional Requirements
Must be comfortable interacting with customers and employees. Must have strong people and presentation skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Flexibility is a must as your work hours will be based on business needs.
