What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Member - Garden Care position at Drost Landscape?
Garden Care Team Members are responsible for the timely completion of tasks assigned to them by the Team Leader or Department Manager on various job sites throughout the day.
To fill this role, we are looking for driven individuals that have a primary focus of beautifying and maintaining existing landscapes. Typical responsibilities include mulching, pruning, weeding, and more. Members of our maintenance team will have the opportunity to work on some of the most beautiful properties in Northern Michigan. Applicants must be able to handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting over fifty pounds and working long hours outside, as well as adapting easily to changes in schedules. On-the-job training is provided, as well as incentives for certifications and past experience.
