What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Associate position at DrTim's Aquatics, LLC?
We are looking for warehouse workers to participate in our warehouse operations and activities. Warehouse worker responsibilities include labelling, bottling, storing materials, picking, packing and scanning orders. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Retrieving raw goods, materials and packing supplies.
- Filling, labeling and packing bottles.
- Keeping areas clean, orderly and returning materials to assigned locations.
- Assist in general product production which includes:
- Lifting, stacking and moving boxes up to 50 pounds in weight,
- Standing on your feet for long periods of time - 7 - 7.5 hours per 8 hour shift.
- Working in warehouse environment.
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
- Assist with inventory management
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation
- Complete diary logs into inventory
- Report any discrepancies
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
- Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
Skills
- Proven working experience as a warehouse worker a plus but not required
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Current forklift license helpful but not required
- High school degree

Pay: $34,320.00 - $46,000.00 per year
