What we need:

We are looking for a full-time person to add to our team. If you enjoy working with people, are good with a computer, and have excellent writing and communication skills, this position is for you.

DATCS is a certified woman owned company, doing business for over 33 years that specializes in DOT compliance and facilitates workplace drug testing throughout the United States, quite simply, if it has to do with hiring & safety, we do it. Our goal is not just drug testing employees but to educate and improve work and school environments.

A day in the life of a Corporate Phone Operator:

Working as a phone operator will give you the opportunity to do lots of different things. It's really a mix of answering phones, customer service, and administrative tasks. Primarily, you'll be engaging with and talking to customers, over the phone, via email, online, or in person.

What education do you need:

We only require a high school diploma and 1 to 2 years of working experience in any field. We prefer college or vocational education. Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is necessary. Workplace drug testing is a unique field, and we provide all of the education and will be trained by an awesome team.

Work Schedule:

The typical schedule is Monday thru Friday, 8:30 to 5:30, 40 hours a week. We are flexible for when family issues arise, we totally understand.

Salary : $14 - $15
