Overview
Drybar is a blow dry-only bar and our philosophy is simple. Focus on one thing and be the best at it. For us that’s blowouts. In fact, our tagline says it all: No cuts. No color. Just blowouts. We are looking for fantastic retail sales associates to provide excellent customer service to our clients.
Must be organized, fashion forward and multi-tasking. Bartender is the job title, but it's really a life-saver of a position. While you greet clients and check them in and out through our booking system, you are the first and last person our clients see. It is essential that you manage shop flow. You will have the opportunity to receive commission through membership sales as well!
At Drybar, our receptionists are called Bartenders because that's what they do -- they tend to the social experience of our bar atmosphere.
Responsibilities: Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome. Check guests in and out through our booking software. Serve complimentary beverages to our guests. Provide exceptional service. Tend to the social experience of our salon.
Qualifications: Previous front desk/customer service experience is a huge plus! Must be honest, punctual, reliable and flexible. Very strong communication skills. Excellent problem solving and trouble shooting skills. Track record in providing over-the-top, amazing customer service! Ability to multitask.
