COMMERCIAL ACCOUNT SERVICE TECHNICIAN Responsibilities:
- PROFESSIONAL: Present yourself in a professional manner at all times: Uniforms and appropriate personal grooming required
- FRIENDLY: Demonstrate a great attitude and demeanor with residents and board members
- FAST PACED: Work in a fast paced environment, often handling multiple accounts on a daily basis
- EFFICIENT AND ORGANIZED: Manage small to large condo and apartment complex properties
- ROOF WORK: If you are not comfortable working on standard pitched roofs, please DO NOT apply
- LADDER WORK: Must be comfortable moving and working independently on ladders 6 foot to 28 foot
- ATTENTIVE: Work efficiently AND willing to take the time needed to ensure the job is done correctly
- PUNCTUAL: Arrival time onsite is critical. Residents and board members plan around our services
- TEAM MEMBER: Must be able to work independently AND as a 2-person team for some properties
- GOOD COMMUNICATION: You are required to stay in communication with projects completed and any issues that may arise

Job Requirements:
- Must have valid driver's license and be able to pass all screenings - NO Smoking during hours for any reason
- Must be able to transport service vehicles safely and legally between job sites.
- Physical ability to work in crawl spaces, tighter areas, on ladders, roofs and attics
- Excellent communication skills and personality
- Professional appearance wearing approved uniform
