The Administrative Assistant will help with various tasks as assigned in a capacity to help the business move forward in an effective and efficient manner. Helping various departments complete daily and habitual tasks while creating a culture of appreciation and success will be the main focuses of this role. Pay range is $20.00-$23.00 per hour based on experience.

Responsibility Profile:

  • Answer phones and direct calls accordingly.
  • Compile data, reports, and figures for review.
  • Ensure communication is routed to the appropriate parties.
  • Greet all visitors, employees, and other people with a polite and professional manner.
  • Conduct research as necessary on various company topics.
  • Attend meetings, conferences, and teams/zoom calls.
  • Set up conference rooms for meetings and conferences.
  • Help direct employees with concerns to the appropriate parties.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Conducts interviews.
  • Recruiting.
  • Assist with Safety compliance documents.


Qualifications

  • One (1) year work experience.
  • High School Diploma.
