Sourcing & Supply Chain Manager

A leading company is seeking a Sourcing and Supply Chain Manager to oversee procurement and supply chain operations. This role focuses on managing sourcing strategies for packaging materials, glass bottles, corrugated and paper boxes, and printing, ensuring cost efficiency, supplier performance, and operational excellence.

• Identify and manage supplier relationships for packaging materials, glass bottles, corrugated and paper boxes, and printing

• Execute strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize cost, quality, and supplier performance

• Oversee end-to-end supply chain processes, ensuring efficient procurement and supplier management

• Negotiate supplier contracts and pricing to drive value and efficiency

• Analyze market trends and supply chain risks to inform sourcing strategies

• Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement efforts with business goals

• Ensure regulatory compliance and best practices in procurement and sourcing
  
  

• Proven experience in sourcing and supply chain management, specifically in packaging materials, glass bottles, corrugated and paper boxes, and printing

• Strong technical understanding of these materials, including their applications and sourcing challenges

• Industry experience in packaging, manufacturing, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, or food & beverage is preferred

• Expertise in end-to-end supply chain management and strategic sourcing

• Strong negotiation, analytical, and contract management skills

• Ability to assess supplier performance, market conditions, and cost-saving opportunities

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills
