The Senior Marketing Specialist is key to the success of DTG’s marketing initiatives. Working with outside vendors and internal resources, the Sr. Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, executing, and monitoring marketing programs across a variety of channels.

Duties / Responsibilities :

• Content Creation : Develop engaging marketing content including blog posts, website copy, newsletters, and social media content.
• Graphic Design : Design marketing collateral, including flyers, brochures, social media graphics, banners, and email templates, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
• Brand Strategy : Collaborate with marketing partner ensuring all materials align with the brand’s voice and objectives.
• Social Media Management : Create and schedule posts across various social platforms, analyze engagement metrics, and optimize content to improve performance.
• Event Planning : Support in planning and executing promotional events, webinars, and trade shows.
• Market Research : Assist in gathering insights and analyzing customer trends, competitor activity, and industry news to inform marketing strategies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with product, sales, and customer service teams to ensure marketing efforts align with company goals.
• Manage company swag store, ordering and shipping out branded materials.
• Other duties as assigned.
