What you will be doing:
DTG’s Weighmaster is a great entry-level landscape position. The bullet points below summarize your daily responsibilities.
- Be able to communicate with co-workers and/or customers and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Operation of truck scale; weighing in and out Enter data into the debris tracking system
- Processing financial transactions
- Answering incoming calls
- Keep accurate and timely records of phone calls and messages
- Keep an accurate list of completed tasks throughout the day
- Follow all required safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain housekeeping of the scale house
- Produce work with quick turnaround times
Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate verbally with team members and supervisors.
- Ability to adhere to work schedule and follow through on challenges as they arise.
- Ability to adhere to company policies and rules that are set forth; promotes the company's safety standards
- Be able to stand, bend, walk, and sit for up to 10 hours a day. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Good customer services skills to meet and exceed customer expectations; acts professionally, courteously, and cooperatively toward customers and co-workers; works with a sense of honesty and trustworthiness.
- Good time management skills to ensure assigned responsibilities are completed in an efficient and safe manner.
