That’s why we say, “When our customers prosper, we all win.” We are seeking a Senior Product Manager. This individual can work completely remote in the U.S.! The Product Manager is responsible for maximizing the value of products they own by leading DTN teams to execute applicable product life cycle phases to deliver on the product's strategy. Successful candidates will collaborate with a team of software engineering, data science, operations, and commercial leaders to generate/maintain detailed requirements to ensure the product meets evolving client and industry needs. We are looking to grow the Product Team in the Agriculture vertical. As a business, we provide lots of data to our customers and we believe we are in a strong position to help guide them to make more informed decisions based on these inputs. Our new Product Manager will be in charge of spear heading this part of the business. The Product Manager in this role will: Develops and manages the strategy, roadmap and delivery activities for group of related products from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life. Provides direction on day-to-day product execution activities. Effectively collaborates with Marketing and Sales teams on go-to-market activities. Manages product P&L in alignment with company objectives. Conducts research to determine competitive benchmarking/market trends and understand company’s competitive position. Evaluates external and internal data to determine product pricing. Applies user-centered design methodologies to develop new products or enhance existing products based on customer needs. What you bring to the team: Bachelor's degree or equivalent course work in business, marketing, or related field. Demonstrated interpersonal skills, including the ability to exert influence across cross-functional teams in a highly-matrixed environment without formal authority. Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, both verbal and written. Strong analytical aptitude and a demonstrated history of using data and insights to guide product decisions. Familiarity with basic financial concepts and financial planning/budgeting experience. Experience with process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and/or evaluation of business processes. Ability to travel 5-10%. Additional Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to design, build, deploy, and maintain products. Ability to create P&L on a per product basis Experience gathering client problems/needs and capturing/documenting business requirements (Features/Epics and User Stories) and specifications clearly and concisely. Ability to synthesize and communicate complex information in simple terminology. 5 years of experience with B2B or B2C SaaS products 5 years of experience as an Agile Product Owner or as part of an Agile product team. Working knowledge of Jira. Working knowledge of SaaS technologies, data structures and database technologies. Experience working with User Experience (UX) and UI team in designing products to deliver value to customers. Domain knowledge of the Agriculture market a plus #LI-BA1 Why DTN?
