Job Qualifications
187 Days (179 work days, 8 paid holidays); 6.5 hours per day excluding lunch to be established by Supervisor. Salary as provided by the Negotiated Agreement. Work year to be established by the Board of Education.
SALARY: $17.74/HR. - $19.55/HR.

Job Qualifications
- A high school diploma or training and experience that are considered equivalent.
- Demonstrated aptitude for the work to be performed.
- Demonstrated interest in children and education.
- Ability to work in a positive manner.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board of Education may find appropriate and acceptable.
- Monitors students' non-classroom lab activities such as operating both manual and automatic screen printing machines, dryers, an exposure unit, an embroidery machine other related equipment, handling of ink and chemicals.
- Communicates with building principal, assistant principals, and the Dublin Business Academy instructor to share information on students as needed.
- Ability to oversee the operational side of a business and assist students in performing activities such as maintaining a production schedule, overseeing quality control, organizing and sorting items for orders, and dealing with suppliers.
- Maintains a safe educational environment.
- Refers students for inappropriate behavior to the building principal, assistant principal, or the Dublin Business Academy instructor.
- Maintains an effective and positive working relationship with staff, students and parents.
- Ensures the safety of students.
- Establishes and maintains cooperative professional relationships.
- Remains free of any alcohol or non prescription controlled substance and abuse of any prescribed controlled substance in the workplace throughout employment in the district.
- Exhibits professional behavior, emotional stability, and sound judgment.
- Serves as a role model for students in how to conduct themselves as citizens and as responsible, and intelligent human beings.
- Understands the legal responsibility to help instill in students the belief, in and practice of, ethical principles and democratic values.
- Maintains confidentiality and respect for confidential information at all times.
- Other duties as assigned by the Superintendent or his/her designee.
