Dubow, a leader in customized promotional products, is seeking a Custodian to join our dynamic team!
We are a full service apparel decorator. We decorate apparel through many methods such as Digital Print, Screen Print, Embroidery, Heat Transfer, Dye Sublimation and much more!

I. Job Summary:
The Custodian is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment throughout the production facility. This role ensures that all work areas, common spaces, restrooms, and break areas are regularly cleaned and stocked while following safety and sanitation guidelines. The Custodian will also assist with waste disposal, basic maintenance tasks, and reporting any facility issues that require attention.
II. Accountabilities:
- Perform routine cleaning of production areas, offices, restrooms, and break rooms.
- Empty trash and recycling bins, ensuring proper waste disposal.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and cleaning products.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness.
- Sanitize high-touch surfaces to ensure a hygienic work environment.
- Monitor and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
- Assist with light maintenance tasks as needed.
- Follow all company policies, safety regulations, and cleaning procedures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and walking for extended periods.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50lbs regularly.
- Comfortable using ladders or step stools for high-reach cleaning.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning chemicals safely.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Must be comfortable working around production equipment and machinery.
- Strong communication skills to report maintenance issues and safety hazards.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Must follow detailed cleaning schedules and checklists.
