Today, our portfolio features some of North America’s most revered wineries, including Decoy, Paraduxx, Goldeneye, Migration, Canvasback, Calera, Kosta Browne, Greenwing and Postmark.
Our team is growing, and we are looking for a Cellar Worker II to join our newly acquired Geyserville Winery. This position will be a key member of a unified wine production team. This role will perform all cellar duties as assigned by the Cellar Master, Cellar Supervisor and/or Cellar Lead and assist with cellar organization, cleanliness, and communication in all phases of the wine production process.
What we will ask you to do:

This role will perform all cellar duties as assigned by the Cellar Master, Cellar Supervisor and/or Cellar Lead and assist with cellar organization, cleanliness, and communication in all phases of the wine production process.
What we will ask you to do:
- Understand winery equipment, pump types and appropriate usage.
- Read, understand, and follow SOPs.
- Possess working knowledge of chemicals and their appropriate usage.
- Follow safety rules at all times; includes the use of personal protective equipment.
- Read, understand, and complete work orders and shipping paperwork.
- Inspect and sanitize tanks, barrels, pumps, hoses, fittings, and other winery equipment.
- Work to develop cellar skills proactively.
What you will need:
- 2 years minimum cellar experience required, including 2 years of forklift experience.
- Must have effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Intermediate reading, writing, and math skills.
- Must have intermediate English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must be a team player, be open to suggestions, and able to collaborate with others, with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in harmony with others.
- Spanish communication skills a plus.

- The hourly pay range for this position is $23.68 - $25.70.
