DuGood FCU is currently seeing a Fulltime Digital Center Representative II (Call Center) who is highly motivated, and reliable. This position requires excellent member service skills and offers an opportunity to join our dynamic team at our Beaumont location.
Position: Fulltime Digital Center Representative II
Digital Center Representatives perform a variety of functions to assist members through an array of sources including but not limited to phone, live chat, all online services etc. Representatives are responsible for applying knowledge of Credit Union products and services to provide courteous, efficient service to members. In addition, Digital Center Representatives will be accountable for meeting performance targets.
Position requirements: (this is not an exhaustive list)
- Previous Member Relations Rep experience required
- Must have experience using credit union services and products
- Ability to multi-task, strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Requires long periods of sitting and/or reading computer screens for most of the workday.
- Must be able to pass background and drug screening.
