Operate floor equipment to strip, scrub and refinish floors and baseboards.Shampoo and remove stains from carpets. Patch damaged carpet s asneeded.Utilize floor chemicals in accordance with prescribed standar ds toachieve maximum effectiveness at minimum maintenance.Maintain stand ards of quality to the extent that work on floors doesnot mar walls, doo rs and office furniture.Inspect floors and carpets; recognize cause and substance of soilingand determine proper chemical agent for cleaning.Mai ntain floor equipment in proper working condition.
