Duluth Lawn Care is seeking a skilled lawn care applicator to join our team. As a lawn care applicator, you will be responsible for applying fertilizers, weed control to single-family homes & businesses. Pay starts at $20 per hour for training with increases based on performance. Position Summary for Lawn Care technician: The Lawn Care Technician will be responsible for providing professional lawn care services to residential customers all while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Perform lawn care services such as applying fertilizer and weed control
- Provide professional, courteous customer service
- Complete lawn analysis and provide service recommendations
- Generate field sales- earn additional commission!
- Clear communication with your team and/or supervisor
Qualifications:
- Valid and insurable driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Professional appearance
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work in a results-oriented environment
- Willing to become certified to apply pesticides
- Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds
- Able and willing to work in various weather conditions
- Previous lawn care/landscaping experience is a plus but not a dealbreaker.
- Good customer services skills are preferred as you will be talking to customers on their lawn.
