Overview

Location: Rotating between Naperville, Westmont, and Oakbrook

Hours: 40 hours per week; Monday - Friday between 8am-5pm

Responsibilities

The Journeys and Adventures that Await:

  • Provide professional clinical leadership, maintain work schedule for nursing department staff, delegate tasks, monitor overtime and adjust schedules accordingly, approve time off requests for nursing staff and adjust schedule as needed, provide orientation and training for new nursing staff members, assist in annual employee evaluations, coordinate nursing staff meetings as needed, delegate nursing task, inventory medical supplies and submit supply orders as needed, monitor budgetary constraints, maintain Duly policy and procedures, doctor/patient liaison, maintain patient confidentiality, assure OSHA/Safety compliance, meet regularly with office manager. 
  • Provides supervision over assigned nursing staff for the site.

Qualifications

The Experiences You Bring:

  • Current RN licensure in nursing.
  • Knowledge of nursing skills in accordance with nursing standards in the Nurse Practice Act.
  • Knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of leadership experience
